1. 1997: Shenzhen Yongyida Electronics Co., Ltd. was established, engaging in professional mold manufacturing, ID design, injection molding production and surface spraying business.
2. 2007–2010: Xinyongyi Science and Technology Park (Heyuan) Co., Ltd. and Heyuan Xintiancai Technology Co., Ltd. were successively founded, focusing on precision SMT mounting and finished product assembly. The business transformed from mobile phone cases to complete devices, covering digital photo frames, digital cameras and special cameras.
3. 2013: The Robotics Division was set up to undertake the processing, research and development of various types of robots.
4. 2015: Shenzhen Yongyida Robot Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on AI+. It independently developed LP/GPT, CV (Computer Vision), SLAM (autonomous navigation and movement) technologies and the Yos independent training platform for humanoid robots. The company has obtained more than 200 patented technologies including over 60 invention patents. It has won numerous honors such as the 7th Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award, the Benchmark Enterprise for Independent Innovation in the 18th Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Records, and the OFweek 2025 Robot Industry Annual Application Innovation Award. It also serves as the Vice Chairman Unit of Shenzhen Robotics Association.
5. 2021: Shenzhen Xiaoyong 365 Technology Co., Ltd. was established to enter the smart elderly care robot track. It builds an integrated smart platform of "Artificial Intelligence + Elderly Care", actively explores diversified AI applications in the pension industry, and creates panoramic application scenarios of "AI + Digital Elderly Care". It provides overall AI smart elderly care solutions for home-based, community and institutional elderly care, striving to become a leading brand in the smart elderly care industry.
